National CPC

The National CPC qualification will allow operators and managers to manage freight operations within the UK.

The National CPC can be run over the normal 6 days or over 9 days. It consists of the following units:

• Unit 1 - Core Syllabus

  • Elements of Law, Business & Company Law, Social Legislation, Financial Management, Commercial Business Conduct, General Insurance, Traffic Legislation

   

• Unit 2 & 4 - Freight Syllabus

  • Taxation, Marketing, Commercial Conduct of Business. Methods of Operating, Operators Licensing, Weights and Dimensions of Vehicles and Loads, Vehicle Selection, Safe Loading of Vehicles and Transit of Goods, Mechanical Conditions, Drivers Hours and Records, Vocational Driving Licences, Speed Limits, Procedures in Case of Traffic Accident, Vehicle and Goods Insurance
